Meglio da solo?!
La maggior parte dei cicloturisti preferisce viaggiare in solitaria .
In Italia il viaggio in bicicletta é un fenomeno poco diffuso, forse perché a questo concetto si associano temibili interrogativi.

•    E se mi assalgono?
•    E se ho un problema meccanico o fisico e non c’é nessuno a cui chiedere aiuto?
•    E se mi derubano o perdo i soldi?
•    E se soffro di solitudine ?

Se avete occasione di parlare con un viaggiatore, vi renderete conto che i problemi others are facing.

• I can not find any restaurant and supermarket to buy dinner!
• The cost of housing is the same whether one or two people sleep!
• I do not know where to leave luggage and bike when I go into a store to shop!
• I have no person to share this great moment!

• Learn to relax and take things as they come. •
will be stronger mentally, you do things you thought you could not do and learn to live without so many useless objects indispensable that we once believed.
• You will learn many things and meet interesting people.
• You will learn to appreciate your company.
• Breaking down prejudices and unnecessary fears
• appreciate what you have left at home
• If you're hungry, if you do not want to ride or lengthen the break ... you do not have to agree with anyone!

Why travel alone?
not always travel alone, but I really like this option. I put to the test and at the end of each journey, I know much better.

Travel in cui non abbia sofferto di qualche imprevisto.
Potreste non crederci ma quelli piú difficli da superare si annidano nella mente.
In un viaggio fatto a piedi sono stato messo a dura prova.
Dopo una notte trascora all’aperto e 30Km di cammino, mi sono ritrovato influenzato e costretto a dormire di nuovo a terra. Quando sono stanco, non ho mangiato ed il mio fisico é debilitato, il morale scende in piacchiata e vengo colto da attacchi di panico.
Da quell’esperienza ho imparato ció che devo fare per NON generare attacchi di panico che da quell’ocasione non si sono piú presentati.

Che precauzioni prendi durante il viaggio?

During a trip, in which country did you feel at home and where you would go?
Europe is my home, but if I have to choose a country I would say Germany. The people, especially in the south, is very hospitable, always ready to dialogue and willing to help.
Until now I can not express negative opinions on any nation and the only bad experience are connected only to episodes.
As regards Italy, I believe that Italians are a people with a big heart. I have met and known tante persone disposte ad aiutarmi ed a cui ancora oggi sono legato. Un grazie non basta.

Dover lasciare incustodita la bicicletta quando vai a fare la spesa

Un aneddoto che ti piace ricordare?
Primo: non credo nel caso.
Secondo: se una persona ti vuole regalare qualche cosa, devi accettarlo.
Mi trovavo in Svezia, avevo appena fatto la spesa ed ero rimasto senza soldi. Stavo mangiando, seduto fuori dal supermercato, quando si avvicinano due signore polacche ed iniziamo a parlare. Mi give 1.50 Kr (Swedish currency) or € 1.50 inizialemte that refusal, but then, given the insistence, I accept and thank you. I resume the journey and when I'm "in the middle of nowhere," is irretrievably broken tow the bike.
Fate wanted that to happen next stop pulman.e ... guess how much it cost the ticket?
1.50 Kr!
