The old town overlooking the Rocca, with three square towers connected by high walls with battlements, and the Sforza Palace, an interesting example of Renaissance architecture, located just outside the church of S. Tomb, a crypt in imitation of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem, the church of S. Francis; Viscontini Palace, the Tower de Julia James, the Clock Tower, also known as "Barbarossa", reminiscent of imperial power, the new Town Hall, built in neoclassical style in 1876, before which, in 1888, was erected all'Aquesiano most famous monument, Girolamo Fabrizio (called "the Acquapendente"), the great surgeon friend of Galileo Galilei.

- Visit the town of Onano.
The picturesque town, famous for the cultivation of lentils, and north-west of Lake Bolsena and stands in an elevated position on a tuff cliff at 510 m above sea level, not far from the border with Tuscany. Of the great medieval past are parts of walls (with no less than 17 towers originally) and, above all, the imposing Palazzo Madama, built in the fourteenth century and subsequently enlarged and restored by Monaldeschi.
- Lake Bolsena.
About 400,000 years ago, following a long series of volcanic eruptions throughout the territory, a huge area of 270 square kilometers sank for a few hundred meters, this vast chasm that volcanologists call "caldera" slowly began to flood, thanks to the water brought by rains and sources. Thus was born the lake of Bolsena, the largest volcanic lake in Italy, that 120,000 years ago was further enhanced by two beautiful islands, Martana and Bisentina, two craters that were formed and exploded inside the lake , marking the end of the volcanic Volsinii, which still manifests his power passed through the sources spa which is abundant in the area.
- Visit the town of Gradoli.
The oldest portion of the town, surrounded by turreted walls, was built during the early Middle Ages on a tuff outcrop surrounded by high cliffs, located at an altitude of 485 m above sea level, where you can enjoy beautiful views of Lake Bolsena. Its territory has always been excellent vines thrive Aleatico and Greghetto, so that the city coat of arms a lion rampant solemn faced with a vine, which seems to take bunches of grapes.
- Visit the town of Latera.
A cone of houses that seem to spring from the earth and that, in the night lights, take the form of a crib, surrounded by thick chestnut. Its location, marginal compared to the large catchment area of Lake Bolsena and major roads, has probably led to the origin of the name, if lateral derived from the Latin, meaning "in the margin, alongside" The symbols of his coat of arms are explicit. The powerful tower is at the top indicates the strength of the fortifications is the pride of the inhabitants, while the deer chased by dogs down its wealth of game of the surrounding woods, which was the territory of Latera a popular place for hunting.
